Process flow:

Manually bagging, press the foot switch, and the feeding nozzle is clamped by the clamping mechanism. The feeding mechanism, under the action of the weighing controller, simultaneously opens the gate and vibration to feed the packaging bag. At the same time, the return air pipeline is opened to prevent dust leakage during the packaging process. When the packaging weight reaches the preset value, the gate closes the vibration to continue feeding. When the packaging weight reaches the target value, the feeding mechanism stops working, (Press the foot switch again) or set the bag clamping mechanism to delay release, manually deliver the bag to the designated position for sealing, completing a packaging process.
