Brief Introduction

This machine is mainly developed and designed for ultra-fine powders that are prone to dust and high-precision packaging requirements. It completes dual speed filling, metering, and lifting tasks based on the signals provided by the weight sensor installed under the container. It is suitable for packaging additives, carbon powder, fire extinguisher dry powder, other ultra-fine powders, and powders with high-precision packaging requirements.

1. All stainless steel structure, horizontally open material box, easy to disassemble and clean without the need for tools;

2. Servo motor and servo drive control screw, stable performance and high accuracy;

3. PLC control system, touch screen human-machine interface displayed in Chinese and English, easy and intuitive operation;

4. The pneumatic bag clamping device and bracket are installed on the weight sensor, and are filled quickly and slowly according to the pre-set weight. A high reaction speed weighing system ensures high packaging accuracy;

5. The servo motor drives the bracket to lift and lower, and the lifting speed can be set arbitrarily. During filling, there is basically no dust emission that pollutes the environment;

6. The filling head is equipped with a handwheel to adjust the height, making it easy to achieve multiple specifications of packaging;

7. Fixed screw installation structure, which will not affect the material properties during filling;

8. The pneumatic bag clamping device and bracket device are available for selection, and different devices only need to be selected to meet the requirements of canning and bagging.

9. Two working modes can be switched, quantitative and real-time weighing. Quantitative mode has fast speed and slightly poor accuracy; Real time weighing type, with high accuracy and slightly slower speed.

10. Workflow: Manual bagging or canning → Container lifting → Rapid filling, while container lowering → Weight reaching preset value → Slow filling → Weight reaching target value → Manual removal of container.
