Applicable scope

Suitable for packaging powder granular materials that are prone to flow or have extremely poor fluidity, such as feed, malt, sugar, laundry detergent, flour, dyes, fertilizers, and other powder fine particle materials in large bags.

process flow

Manually set the bag, press the foot switch, and the packaging bag is clamped by the clamping mechanism. The feeding mechanism quickly fills the packaging bag under the action of the weighing controller. When the packaging weight reaches the preset value, the feeding mechanism switches to slow filling. When the packaging weight reaches the target value, the feeding mechanism stops working (press the foot switch again) or the clamping mechanism delays releasing, and the bag is manually sent to the designated position for sealing, completing a packaging process.
