JN-1000C ton bag packaging machine
The JN-1000C ton charter machine is an electromechanical integrated product. Mainly composed of star shaped discharge valves (or spiral and other feeding mechanisms), pneumatic butterfly valves, weighing platforms, pneumatic bag clamps, dust collection devices, pneumatic bag hangers, trailers and tracks, electrical control systems, and pneumatic circuits. The work process is manually bagged and tied, while other tasks such as bagging, feeding, metering, dust collection, unclamping, and finished product transportation are automatically completed according to the set program. Finally, they are transported by forklift to palletizing or loading. For packaging environments with high levels of dust, we recommend selecting industrial dust collectors. Nowadays, many factories have increased production capacity and reduced industrial labor costs after introducing ton bag packaging machines. This equipment is mainly suitable for quantitative packaging and sub packaging of large bags of materials in the building materials, grain, mineral, chemical, and feed industries.
