Brief introduction:

The main function of the ton bag unloading station (also known as the ton bag unpacking machine) is to complete the unpacking operation of bagged materials. The packaging bag is lifted by an electric hoist, and the bag rope of the packaging bag is hung on the large bag hanger. The hoist is manually operated to control the lifting and walking of the hoist, and it runs along the walking guide rail to the top of the unloading area and falls down. The packaging bag is placed on the support tray, so that the large bag is in the unloading position.

Working principle:

1. The unpacking machine is composed of a load-bearing bracket, unpacking hopper, beating equipment, bag clamping device, electric hoist, etc.

2. The electric hoist is fixed on the crossbeam of the top frame.

3. The ton bag is lifted by an electric hoist above the hopper, and the bag mouth extends into the feeding port of the hopper. Then, the bag clamp is tightly closed, the bag tying rope is unfastened, and the bag clamp is slowly opened. Under the action of gravity, the material starts unloading along the pipeline chute and enters the unloading process (entering the next process).

4. For fine powder materials, this equipment can be equipped with a built-in or external dust collector to filter out the dust generated during the unpacking process, enabling workers to work in a clean environment. If it is a clean granular material with low dust content, installing a polyester filter element at the exhaust port can achieve the purpose of dust removal without the need for a dust collector.

5. The overall height can be controlled between 2-5 meters to meet the floor height requirements.

6. The bottom of the unpacking machine is fixed with anchor bolts, without the need for a pre embedded foundation (for unpacking equipment higher than 5 meters, a pre embedded foundation is required to increase its firmness).

7. The equipment discharge port can be connected to: rotary discharge valve, butterfly valve, plug valve, vacuum feeding machine, screw conveyor, etc.
